摘要
教学技能是教师必备的基本技能,然而对于教学技能如何获得和运用的认识却一直存在争议。文章从认知心理学视角入手,应用ACT—R理论对陈述性知识和程序性知识的研究成果,在其框架下对教学技能的获得和运用阶段的认知机制进行了探讨。
Teaching skills are the basic skills necessary for teachers. However,there is a dispute over the understanding of how to acquire and apply teaching skills. This paper starts with the perspective of cognitive psychology and uses ACT--R theory to discuss the cognitive mechanism which comes from the research result of declarative knowledge and procedural knowledgeperforming to the acquisition and application of teaching skills based on ACT--R framework.
