摘要
金融海啸和经济全球化的背景下,拥有强大软实力的企业更能够面对全球竞争,更能承受经济不景气的打击,开拓更多的海外市场,并占据更大的市场份额。通过发展资源基础观,文章提出了企业软实力的构成和表现,通过对比印度TataSteel公司和宝钢,指出了中国企业在软实力方面的差距,然后提出了中国企业建立软实力的四个阶段,分析了中国企业培育软实力的关键点与培育策略。
With financial tsunami and globalization becoming the major trends, corporations that have substantial Soft Power can compete better, face financial crisis better, open up new markets more successfully, and increase their market shares easier. Through a resource - based observation, this essay has suggested four stages to develop soft power in local corporations while providing a case comparison between Baosteel in China and Tata Steel in India to illustrate the key elements and strategy for soft power development.
