摘要
与全国同类轧机相比,津西钢铁公司轧钢厂850轧机具有特殊工作状况,对万向联轴器要求高,用传统的设计方法很难达到使用要求。本文采用等强度设计原则,采用机械优化设计方法,完成了该万向联轴器的设计,给出了合理的设计参数。改进后的万向联轴器性能完全满足了使用要求,产生了较好的经济效益。
Comparing with the same domestic roiling mills, this 420 -type rolling mill of the rolling factory of Heibei Jinxi Steel Stock Limited Corporation has some special working cases. It requires a high performance for the universal clutch. This requirement is hard to be met by the traditional design. This paper uses the equal - strength design rule and the optimization design method to design the universal clutch. The appropriate design variables are achieved. The improved universal clutch fully meets the application requirement and makes a good economical benefit.
