摘要
贝尔佐纳高分子修复材料具有良好的综合性能,耐磨损,耐腐蚀,是一种快速、简便和价廉的工艺方法,是设备维修的有效手段。针对南京梅山能源有限公司6#循环水泵因汽蚀而造成效率下降、运行不稳定等问题,利用高分子修复技术对泵体进行修复改进,从节约检修费用和节能降耗等方面分析了该项技术的应用效果。
Belzona High Polymer Repair Technique possesses generally fine properties such as wear- resistance and corrupt -resistance, and proved to be an excellent method for maintaining equipments. In order to alter the low efficiency and the pump running instability in the No. 6 circulation water pump of NanJing Meishan Energy Company caused by cavitation phenomenons, circulation water pump cylinder was repaired and modified with High Polymer Repair Technique ,which reducing the pump cavitation and saving the electric power on pump.
