摘要
在火电工程建设中,主厂房屋盖结构的钢屋架大部分采用的形式为钢板组焊H型钢梁及角钢组焊的钢屋架,由于以上结构形式的钢屋架和檩条使用钢材量大,造成一定的资源浪费,所以轻型钢屋架结构形式的使用势在必行。以三门峡火电厂二期扩建工程中施工的管式钢屋架为例,重点谈一下管式钢屋架现场制作的施工方法。
In the thermal power project construction, the form that the steel roof truss frame of the main factory house has mostly used is that H - shaped steel beam welding and angle steel welding, because the steel roof truss and purlin are used of great steel and waste certain resources, the use of light steel roof truss frame is imperative. As an example to the steel roof truss in expansion project Phase Ⅱ of Sanmenxia thermal power plant, it introduces the construction method of the scene production about steel roof truss.
