摘要
在薄壁管体的缩径旋压成形过程中,旋压工艺方法和旋轮的选择对缩旋成形有着重要作用。旋压力的作用、旋轮的结构对于旋压装置的设计有着直接影响,根据无心轴托辊管体缩径旋压的特点,比较分析不同的旋轮对于旋压成形的影响,通过试验,总结出能够满足工艺要求并提高加工效率的方法。
During the reduction spinning process of thin thickness tube, the selection of spinning technique is important for spinning figuration. Effect of spinning force and structure of spinning wheel are directly affect design of manufacture equipment, based on machining technical characteristic of unitary spindleless roller tube, different structure of spinning wheel is analyzed, by means of experiments, method which can meet the requirements and improve efficiency is sumarized.
