论河南促进全民创业的现状及对策

On the Status and Countermeasures of Promoting Entrepreneurship Among All the People in Henan Province

文章以全民创业问题研究为切入点,在对河南省全民创业工作专题调研基础上,全面总结当前河南省全民创业的现状和特点,深入分析影响河南省全民创业的因素,针对性提出推动河南全民创业的对策建议,以此为积极弘扬创业精神,发展民营经济,营造创业环境,激发全民创业热情进行学理研究。

The paper aims to investigate the entrepreneurship among all people based on the researches made about the business set up among people in ttenan Province. Also, the paper generalizes the status quo and the features of the business, and analyzes the factors that exert substantial influences on the entrepreneurship among all people. What is more, the paper comes up with the countermeasures that can promote the entrepreneurship in Henan Province. All that is done is to boost the entrepreneurial spirit, to boom up the private economy, and to stimulate the academic entrepreneurship research from among all people.
