对当前国内影响企业管理创新的几个主要因素进行了分析,并针对存在的问题,提出相应的措施,企业的管理者在管理过程中要更新观念,科学制定发展战略;以人为本,重视人才的培养和利用,完善考评机制;合理调整企业内部组织结构;加快制度创新,以促进管理创新。

The factors that affect the innovation of internal enterprise management were analyzed, according to the existential problems, the measures were provided. The administrators of the enterprise should update the concepts, make scientific development strategy, take people as a dominant factor, attach importance to training and using staff, improve the system of performance appraisals, readjust the inner organization structure, and accelerate the innovation of system, so the level of management innovation will be promoted.
