通过对《国际商法》课程的现状分析,得出对国际商法课程的相应改革措施:针对各专业的特点修改培养计划、细分教材;教辅结合、小组讨论,实现考核方法的多样化,适当增加实践环节,从而有利于提高《国际商法》课程的教学效果。

By analyzing present conditions of the international trade law curriculum, the author bring in some reforms about the international trade law curriculum. These ways of reforms are to modify training plan,subdivision of teaching material,to combine teaching and coach,Group discussion,variety of examination of way and to propriety increase Practice Step. By these ways, it can be help improve teaching effect of the Curriculum of the international trade law.
