摘要
本文主要从转速、温度、时间等方面来讨论了钠化膨润土的最佳钠化剂、矿浆浓度、钠化剂浓度以及最佳工艺条件。得出最佳的钠化剂为Na2CO3、最佳浓度为4%以及矿浆浓度为加入300mL溶剂并得到其最佳工艺条件是在搅拌速度为1.33m/s、时间为30min、水浴温度为70℃、烘干温度为60℃的情况下所得到的钠化膨润土CEC达到最大值,钠化效果最为明显。并通过各种分析手段表明插层物质仅是进入到了层的边缘,并未进入内层深处。
With the developing of research about the sodium-modified bentonite, the range of application become more and more wide. The researchers studied the bentonite from the Na-BENT, but there is a great deal of Ca-BENT, so it is very important to sodium-modified Ca-BENT. the best sodium-modified medium is Na2CO3, the concentration is 4% and the ore slurry concentration is 300 mL and the best technology of sodium-modified from the angle of rate of stirring, temperature of water, time of stirring, temperature of drying. The best technology is 1500 r/min,30 min, the temperature of water bath is 70 ℃ and the drying temperature is 60 ℃.
