摘要
使用水性聚氨酯、导电碳黑和石墨、水泥粉体和其他助剂共混,研制开发了一种复合导电材料。实验结果表明,该涂料的体积电阻率达到103Ω.cm。除了具有一定的导电性能以外,也具有良好的机械性能。本文介绍了材料的配制和性能,讨论了导电填料的含量与该材料导电性能之间的影响,以及水泥固体粉体含量与材料机械性能的关系。
A electrically conductive blend materials has been developed based on waterborn polyurethane, graphite and carbon black, cementitious and additives. The results showed that the blend materials has well mechanical properties as well as the conductivity, its volume resistivity is 10^3 Ω· cm. The preparation and properties of the blend materials were described. The influences of dosage of conductive fillers on the conductivity of blend materials were dicussed, and mechanical properties of the blend materials relationship with dosage of eementitious.
