摘要
采用由聚乳酸和新疆夏子街钠基蒙脱石为原矿制备的有机蒙脱石,通过溶液插层法制备了聚乳酸/蒙脱石复合材料。分别采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TGA-DTG)等对材料的微观结构、形貌及热稳定性进行了表征和分析,同时研究了材料的降解性能。微观结构表征表明,相比MMT和OMMT,聚乳酸/蒙脱石复合材料中蒙脱石层间距增加到2.39nm,聚乳酸大分子链已经插入蒙脱石片层间形成PLA/OMMT复合材料,实现了溶液插层复合,体系的界面相容性良好。聚乳酸/蒙脱石复合材料的热失重曲线移向高温端,其热分解温度提高,表明其热稳定性比PLA基材提高。聚乳酸及聚乳酸/蒙脱石复合材料在不同环境中的初步降解实验结果表明该复合材料具有较好的生物可降解性。
Poly lactic acid /montmorillonite (PLA/OMMT) composites were prepared by solution intercalation with organomontmorillonite from Xiazijie sodium-base montmorillonite and Poly lactic acid. The microstructure, morphology and thermal properties of PLA/OMMT composites were respectively characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM, TEM and TGA-DTG. The degradability of PLA/OMMT composites was also studied. The microstructure results showed that the layer spacing of OMMT in PLA/OMMT composites was enhanced to 2.39 nm. The PLA matrix was intercalated into the organomontmorillonites and formed PLA/OMMT composites, which realized the solution intercalation composite and had even interface compatibility. The TGA-DTG curve of PLA/OMMT composites was shifted to higher temperature, which illustrated that the thermal stability of PLA/OMMT composites was enhanced somewhat compared to that of PLA matrix. The preliminary degradability results showed that PLA/OMMT composites were of better biodegradability.
