摘要 二钛酸钡(BaTi2O5)是近些年来受到重视并发展起来的一种无铅铁电材料,由于具有较大的介电常数、较高的居里温度和良好的铁电性能,而且环保、与环境友好,因而应用前景广阔。本文介绍了BaTi2O5的晶体结构、制备方法、介电性能、应用前景及发展趋势。 As a kind of lead-free ferroelectric material, BaTi2O5 is environmentally friendly and shows significant permittivity as well as good ferroelectricity with a high Curie temperature. The research progress of BaTi2O5 , including crystal structure, preparation technique, dielectric property, application and development, is introduced in the present paper.
