摘要
研究了B位Ti4+取代对Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15-xTix]O3+δ(0.0≤x≤0.15,CLNZT)陶瓷的微观结构及微波介电特性的影响。当0≤x≤15mol%时,体系为单一钙钛矿相,随Ti4+含量的增加,谐振频率温度系数由-9.4ppm/℃减小到-15.8ppm/℃,而品质因素先增大,x=0.1时,开始下降。分析了谐振频率温度系数(τf)随容忍因子(t)的变化关系。当Ti4+含量为10mol%时,陶瓷微波介电性能为:εr=32.8,Qf=16570GHz,τf=-13.6ppm/℃。
Crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15-xTix]O3+δ (0.0 ≤x ≤0. 15, CLNZT) ceramics were investigated. A single phase with orthorhombic perovskite structure was obtained at x =0.0-0.15. With an increasing of Ti^4+ content, the τf value decreased from - 9.4 ppm/℃ to -15.8 ppm/℃. However the Qf value firstly increased with increasing Ti^4+ content,and then began to decreased at x= 0.1. The variation of τf with tolerance factor was discussed. When x = 0.1, the microwave dielectric properties:εr =32.8, Qf = 16570 GHz and τf =-13.6 ppm/℃.
