摘要
研究了锂辉石含量对Ca-B-Al-Si体系复合材料性能的影响。当外加剂锂辉石为15wt%时,该复合材料的性能达到最优:低的介电常数(5.877),低的介质损耗(2.48×10-3),较高的抗折强度(105.79MPa),低的热膨胀系数(3.38×10-6℃-1)。并通过XRD和SEM对复合材料的显微结构进行了分析。
Effect of spodumene on the Ca-B-A1-Si composites were investigated. When spodumene content is 15wt%, the obtained composites exhibit low dielectric constant ( 5. 877), dielectric loss (2.48× 10^-3 ), bending strength ( 105.79 MPa), and thermal expansion ( 3.38 × 10 ^-6℃^ -1 ) respectively. The phase and microstructural evolution of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffractrometry and scanning electron microscope.
