菲立磁-硫酸鱼精蛋白复合物标记大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的实验研究

摘要 目的研究菲立磁-硫酸鱼精蛋白复合物进行间充质干细胞内磁标记的可行性。方法贴壁法培养大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞。利用硫酸鱼精蛋白介导转染菲立磁到干细胞内后进行普鲁士蓝染色。结果骨髓间充质干细胞内磁颗粒标记率100%。结论硫酸鱼精蛋白介导转染菲立磁效率高,是较好的方法。 Objective To study the labeling efficiency of feridex-protamine sulfate complexes into murine mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Murine bone marrow mesencbymal stem cells were incubated by adherence method. Feridex- protamine sulfate complexes was transferred into P4 of mesenchymal stem cells. Prussian blue staining was used to reveal intracelluar iron particles. Results Intracellular labeling rate of iron particles was nearly 100%. Conclusion Feridex-protamine sulfate complexes is very effective in intracelluar labeling of murine mesenchymal stem cells.
