摘要
提出了一种无刷双机械端口电机的原理设想;创新点是取消了传统双机械端口电机中的电刷和滑环,简化了电机的结构设计,提高了可靠性。提出了一种机械结构方案,研究了电机如何在一个磁路内实现两套不同极对数绕组的设计方法。给出了一个设计实例。研究了系统的总体控制思想,并设计了一套以DSP为核心的控制电路,可满足实际使用要求。
Presented a novel brushless dual mechnical ports motor (BL-DMPM) in this paper. No brush and slide rings of the traditional EVT system were needed anymore in BL-DMPM. Simplified the structure of BL-DMPM, and improved the reliability is. Presented a mechanical structure of BL-DMPM. The paper explained how to realize two electrical machine with two different poles number runing in one magnetic road. Presented the control method of system and control circuit based on DSP.
