摘要
永磁同步直线电机由于自身的纵向开断以及绕组分布不对称,造成独有的纵向和横向边端效应,引起磁场的畸变,使得磁场分析较为困难。采用有限元法分析U型无铁心永磁同步直线电机的气隙磁场,以降低其分析难度。通过有限元分析和物理样机实验相结合的方法,对电机气隙磁密分布进行了比较,证实了有限元法简便,而且准确性高。
Permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM) are widely used in industrial applications as they have advantages such as direct drive, high speed, high acceleration, high positioning precision, and fast dynamics. They basically suffer from distortion on magnet field because of the end effect, asymmetrical winding, complicated magnetic circuit, all of which lead to the complexity of magnet field analysis. This paper analyzed the air-gap magnet field of U-shaped ironless PMLSM by finite element method (FEM), which could lower the difficulty of field analysis, with the help of Ansys and Matlab, and listed several result drawings. The simpleness and correctness of FEM is validated by comparison of calculation results by the layer model to actual measurement.
