摘要
分析了内置式永磁轮毂电机中磁路饱和和交叉耦合在全电流范围内对交、直轴电感的影响,并对传统的双轴等效磁路模型加以修改,将交叉耦合电感考虑在内。运用有限元分析软件计算了高饱和情况下的交、直轴电感和交叉耦合电感。通过分析可以看到交叉耦合作用始终存在。设计有助于优化轮毂电动机的机械特性,满足电动车使用需求。
This paper presented the influence of saturation and cross-coupling effects to the direct-and quadrature-axis ( d-axis and q-axis) inductance of an interion permanent magnet synchronous in-wheel motor over the entire range of d-axis excitations. The conventional two-axis equivalent magnetic circuit was modified in order to include the influence of saturation and cross-coupling effects on the variation of self- and cross-coupling inductances in the d-axisand q-axis. The two-axis machine model parameters were calculated by the finite element analysis sofware Ansoft. And the logical analysis of the simulation results was given and the evaluation of two-axis model parameters reveals that the saturation and cross-coupling effect always exists in both axes, especially in high-current high-torque regime.
