摘要 针对开关磁阻电机磁场高度饱和、静态特性高度非线性、难以用理论方法建模的问题,采用实验测量的方法获取其静态特性。基于间接检测磁链原理,设计了磁链测试电路,用示波器记录瞬态电压和电流波形,通过数值分析得到了磁链特性曲线和电感特性曲线;并开发了转矩测试电路,用转矩传感器直接测得样机的静态转矩特性。对实测的电感特性和静态转矩特性进行三次样条曲线拟合。测量结果与理论分析一致,其研究为实现开关磁阻电动机调速系统的建模、仿真和研发提供了依据。 As the magnetic field of the switched reluctance motor is highly saturated in operation, the static characteristics are nonlinear and then the mathematic model is difficult to obtain theoretically. In this paper, the static characteristics were detected through experiment. Based on the indirect detected principle, the test circuit was designed to detect the flux linkage, and the transient voltage and current were recorded by oscilloscope. The characteristics of flux linkage and self-inductance were obtained by means of numerical analysis. In addition, the equipment for torque measuring was developed, and the static torque characteristic was achieved by torque sensor. The characteristics of serf-inductance and torque are well fitted by using of cubic spline curve, which provide effective evidence for the modeling, simulation and development of the switched reluctance drives.
