腹部多发性损伤急诊救治40例临床分析

目的探讨腹部多发性损伤的救治经验。方法回顾性分析40例腹部多发性损伤的临床资料。结果救治40例多发性腹部损伤,39例治愈,生存率达97.50%;死亡1例,病死率达2.5%。结论腹部多发性损伤救治的关键是早期处理,核心是伤情准确诊断,重点是手术及时。

Objective Probing the experience of treatment and cure of multiple abdominal injury Methods A retrospective analysis on clinical materials of 40 cases with multiple abdominal injury. Results Among all the 40 cases of multiple abdominal injury that have been treated and cured, 39 cases have been cured well, the survival rate reaches 97.50%; 1 case died, the fatality rate reaches 2.5%. Conclusion The key of treat and cure multiple abdominal injury is dealing with in early stage, the core is diagnosing accurately, the focal point is performing operations timely.
