摘要
目的建立阿昔洛韦分散片测定含量的HPLC方法。方法HPLC法测定条件:采用WatersSymmetryC18柱,甲醇—水(10∶90)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果阿昔洛韦在4.0μg/ml~200.0μg/ml进样量范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6),精密度为0.48%,平均回收率98.81%(RSD=0.59%,n=9)。结论本法操作简便、快速,专属性强,结果准确。
Objective To establish HPLC method to determine the content of aciclovir dispersed tablet. Methods HPLC method was established, using Waters Symmetry C18 as analysis column arid methanol, water(10:90) as mobile phase. Tile flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was 254nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.0ug/ml-200.0ug/ml for aciclovir, r=0.9999(n=6).The precision was 0.62%. the average revoveries were 98.81%(RSD-0.59%,n=9). Conclusion The method apperared to be simple ,quick and specific.
