不同药性清热中药体外抗产ESBLs大肠埃希菌效果及分析

目的筛选对耐西药产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)敏感的单味中药,为中药治疗耐西药菌提供思路和方法。方法选用8味具有清热作用的中药制成水煎剂原药,用琼脂二倍稀释法进行体外抑菌效果观察。结果黄芩、黄连、黄柏、知母、连翘、大青叶、金银花、板蓝根8种中药单味水煎剂对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌20株临床株均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中以黄芩、黄连及连翘抗菌效果较好。结论体外实验证明,中药中存在对耐西药产ESBLs大肠埃希菌有较好抗菌作用的单味中药。

Objective To screen resistant western medicine production of extended- spectrum β -lactamases （ESBLs） single- sensitive Chinese medicine and provide ideas and methods for Chinese medicine treatment of resistant bacteria infections. Methods 8 removal of heat taste with the role of traditional Chinese medicina .decoction made from the original drug twice by agar dilution method.The bacter-iostatic effect in vitro were observed. Results Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Coptis chinensis Franch, Phellodendron amurense Rupr., Anemarrhena asphodloides Bge., Forsythia, suspense Vahl, Isatis indigotica Fort., Lonicerajaponica Thunb., Root of Isatis indigotica Fort, 8 single kinds of traditional Chinese medicine had varying degrees bacteriostasis on ESBLs producing 20 clinical strains of Escherichia coli in.Among them, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Coptis chinensis Franch and Forsythia had better antibacterial effect. Conclusion Vitro experiments show that the existence of single kind of traditional Chinese medicine have good antibacterial effects of single herbs in Western medicineresistant E. coli producing ESBLs.
