随着信息经济时代的到来,知识型员工作为掌握科学技术的人才,是当今以及未来时代竞争的焦点。重视知识型员工在现代企业中的地位,把握知识型员工的特点,从管理角度充分利用知识型员工独立自主的个性,发挥他们的积极性和创造性,对企业的生存和发展能产生重大的作用。
Along with the arrival of the information economy time, the knowledged staff who have grasped science and technology, will be the focus of the competition at present and in the future. It is of great significance for the existence and development of the enterprise to value the knowledged staff in modern enterprises, to know their characteristics, and to bring their enthusiasm and initiatives into full play if their independent individuality can be well applied in terms of management.
