摘要
私法理念是指私法的内在本质和发展规律以及人们对这一本质和规律的宏观、整体的理性认识。私法理念的基本内涵是私权神圣、人格平等和私法自治。
The roscopic and overall tains sacred private idea of private law refers to the inherent essence and the development law as well as the macrational knowledge by human beings. The basic connotation of the idea of private law conright, equal personality and autonomy in private law.
