摘要
针对某辊式板带矫直机的结构特点,采用大变形法则确定了压下量,并利用曲线拟合方法,模拟矫直时带钢的变形曲线,确定了压下量与反弯挠度的关系。结果表明,利用该方法可方便地预测压下规程的矫直效果。
In light of the structural characteristics of a plate roller straightener, this paper determines the intermesh through the law of greater deflection pressed bending. The deformation curve of the plate is simulated by means of curve fitting, with the relationship between the intermesh and the reverse bending deflection obtained. The results show that it's simple and feasible to forecast the quality of the straightening with the method.
