The implementation of compensation system of agricultural ecology was introduced. Some practical countermeasures, for example, encouraging farmers to product green food and organic food, investing in livestock breeding dirt harmless treatment facilities, controlling of the exposed ground, attaching the importance to nurturing and management of ecological forest, were suggested to reduce the water pollution and protect drinking water safety.
