摘要
研究了以FeCl3为原料,采用P204萃取色层法制取高纯FeCl3溶液。试验结果表明,将FeCl3溶液流经P204色层柱,然后用0.5 mol/L的盐酸溶液淋洗,去除杂质,再用6 mol/L盐酸溶液反萃取,最后获得高纯FeCl3溶液。盐酸溶液流速对于杂质去除效果及FeCl3溶液纯度影响不大。
The preparation of high purity FeCl3 solution with FeCl3 as raw material by P204 solvent impregnated resin was studied. The test results show that after FeCl3 solution going through P204 solvent impregnated resin,the resin was first washed using 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for removal impurities, then re-extracted with 6.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, high purity FeCl3 solution can be acquired. The elution velocity of hydrochloric acid solution has little effect on removal of impurities.
