摘要
针对某厂2×330 MW机组中速磨煤机制粉系统存在煤粉细度偏小,制粉系统单耗大的问题。对其运行方式进行优化,在调整试验中采用正交试验法,确定出影响制粉系统单耗、煤粉细度各个因素的主次顺序,预测磨煤机制粉系统最佳运行方式,根据校核试验的结果,确定了制粉系统磨煤机的最佳运行方式为挡板开度60%,加载力偏置-2.5 MPa,在磨煤机出力58 t/h时,对应表盘风量135 km3/h。调整后制粉系统单耗由20.68(kW.h)/t降低至17.66(kW.h)/t,调整效果明显。
In view of problems of lower coal fineness value and higher spieific output value of coal pulverizing system on two sets of medium speed pulverizer for 330MW units in a power plant, the operation mode of medium speed pulverizers on coal pulverizing system was optimized. The orthogonal experimental method was adopted during adjustment test, the main and secondary sequence effected on spicific output and coal fineness of coal pulverizing system were determined and the optimum operation mode of pulverizers on coal pulverizing system was forecasted. According to the result of check test, the damper opening is 60%, the loading force bias is -2. 5 MPa, corresponding wind flow of instrument panel is 135 m3/h when the output of pulverizer is 58 t/h, which are called optimum operation mode of pulverizers on coal pulverizing system. After adjustment, spicific output of coal pulverizing system is decreased from 20.68 kW · h/t to 17.66 kW · h/t and the adjustment result is effective.
