摘要 介绍1×37—32粗直径高强度镀锌钢绞线生产的技术难点,对比用户和GB/T 3428—2002《架空绞线用镀锌钢丝》对特高强度镀锌钢丝的要求,选取Φ8.0mm SWRH82B盘条生产镀锌钢绞线,并给出试生产工艺流程。采用多道次低部分压缩率的拉拔工艺,镀锌钢丝定尺生产;热镀锌锌温为442~448℃,车速为7.4m/min,浸锌时间为15.28s,浸锌长度为1.885m;捻制预变形器的三辊间距、压弯量选取适当参数,生产出用户满意的粗直径高强度镀锌钢绞线。 To introduce the technical difficulties of 1 × 37--32 large diameter high strength galvanized stranded wire pro- duction. The requirements of extra-high strength galvanized steel wire between customer and GB/T 3428--2002 zinc-coated steel wires for stranded conductors were compared. Diameter 8.0 mm SWRH82B wire rod was selected to produce galvanized stranded wire. Trail production process was given out. To adopt multi pass low part compressibility drawing process, galvanized steel wire was produced in constant length. Zinc temperature of hot-dip galvanized is at 442 to 448 ℃. Running speed is 7.4 m/min. Galvanized time is 15.28 s. Galvanized length is 1. 885 m. Three rolls spacing distance of twisting pre-deforming apparatus and depressive quantity selecting proper parameters, large diameter high strength galvanized stranded wires are produced, which satisfy customers.
