摘要
文章阐述层次分析法的基本原理和具体步骤,并运用层次分析法,从影响知识转移能力的因素出发,即知识输出能力,知识吸收能力,双方的交互能力,合理选择评价指标,建立图书馆知识转移能力评价模型。有利于图书馆知识转移能力的定量测评与促进图书馆知识的有效管理和转移。
Firstly,this article introduced the basic principle and concrete steps of AHP,then,using AHP,started from the factors which influence the capacity of knowledge transfer,including knowledge output capability,knowledge absorptive capability,interactivity between the two sides;selected a reasonable evaluation indexes and established the capacity evaluation model of library knowledge transfer.It is beneficial for quantitative evaluation of library knowledge transfer capacity and promoting the efficiency management and transfer of library knowledge.
