摘要
文章从分析数字参考咨询服务的走向出发,通过对图书馆数字参考咨询服务特点和用户需求导向下的参考咨询服务的特征,以及参考咨询服务互动体现的阐述,提出了数字参考咨询服务中咨询馆员应具备素质和能力,以期应对信息时代参考咨询服务工作的挑战。
By talking about the charictoristics of digital reference consultation service and the interactive user-oriented reference consultation service in libraries,this paper started from the analysis of digital reference advisory service and stated the capacity and qualification of librarians during their digital reference consultation services,so that they could dope with the challenge they encountered in the consulting service in the information time.
