镍铁合金吨产品理论电耗及生产成本的计算 被引量:4

摘要 依据物料平衡、热平衡和盖斯定律,计算了冶炼低硅镍铁合金的吨产品理论电耗及生产成本。计算结果表明,炉料在500℃、600℃和700℃入炉时,相对于冷装时吨产品理论电耗分别降低17.3%、21.3%和25.4%。说明炉料热装的节能空间很大,对降低镍铁合金冶炼能耗可起重要作用。在镍铁合金冶炼工艺上,采用回转窑—电炉流程具有降低成本的优势。 According to material balance, thermal balance and Hess law, the theoretical power consumption and production cost of nickel ferroalloy were calculated out. So did the reduction value of cost when the burdens were heated to 500℃ ,600℃ and 700℃ respectively before charging. Comparing to the cold burdens, the heated burdens greatly reduced the power cost ratio and the corresponding values were 17.3% , 21.3% and 25.4% o It was proved that the heating burden took an important function to reduce the power consumption of nickel ferroalloy making and the energy saving space is great. Using rotary kiln and submerged arc furnace process has advantage in reducing production cost in nickel ferroalloy smelting tech- nology.
