农业大省现代农业建设问题研究——以河南省为例

A Study on the Modern Agricultural Construction in Big Agricultural Provinces——Taking Henan Province as an Example

河南省农业现代化建设虽在基础条件、产业化、机械化、组织化建设等方面取得了一定成就,但也存在着基础不牢固、经营规模小、组织化产业化集约化程度低、农业人口比重过大且素质较低等问题。改善生产条件、提高产业化组织化程度、加强人才培养和劳动力转移、完善服务体系等是推进河南省现代农业建设的基本途径。

Although Henan province has made certain achievements in agricultural modernization in the aspects of foundation conditions, industrialization, mechanization and systematization, there are still some problems such as weak foundations, small business size, low level in systematization, industrialization and intensivism, oversize proportion of agricultural population with low quality,etc. Improving production conditions, increasing agricultural industrialization and systematization level, strengthening personnel training and manpower transfer and perfecting service system are the basic ways to promote the modern agricultural construction of Henan Province.
