摘要
针对唐山不锈钢有限责任公司1580mm热轧宽带生产线热轧机采用上下阶梯垫技术、在某些临界条件下换辊后上阶梯垫不能满足标定生产要求的问题,对设备厂商原给定的计算公式、判断逻辑进行了修正,解决了阶梯垫使用过程中存在的问题。
The high and low step - pads are applied to hot - rolling mill of 1580mm hot - rolling wide strip line. But under some critical conditions this technique cant meet demand for regular0 size production. Against the problem the calculating formula and judge logic offered by equipment maker are corrected.
