摘要
结合唐山不锈钢有限责任公司2#板坯连铸机生产Q235B钢板坯表面纵裂的实际,分析了钢中C含量、S含量、连铸保护渣的性能、浇注过程钢水过热度及拉速的稳定控制等对板坯表面纵裂的影响,提出了相应的控制措施。
Based on the actual state of surface longitudinal cracks on Q235B slab, the different influences on it are analyzed from content of C, S in steel, property of casting powder, over -hot extent of molten steel in casting and steady control of drawing speed, some measures proposed.
