摘要
采用九线法对三轴数控机床误差参数进行辨识,介绍了激光干涉仪的测量原理,利用Reni-sawML10激光干涉仪对机床几何误差进行测量,结合具体机床,准确建立了误差补偿的数学模型,利用补偿软件实现了误差补偿,显著地提高了数控机床的加工精度.
Error parameters was identified and measured by using nine--line method and RenisawMI10 laser interferometer, and the test principle of laser inferferometer is introduced. The modeling results were obtained through taking three--axis NC milling machine tools as an example, and the effect of error compensation is validated by experiments.
