谚语的独特性使得谚语的翻译问题一直是翻译领域的研究课题。从语用学中的言语行为理论视角对谚语的翻译进行探索性思考,结果表明言语行为理论,尤其是其中的"言外之意"能对谚语的翻译实践有积极影响,它能帮助译者正确理解原意,并在恰当地将其转换为目标语言方面具有指导性作用。

Owing to its own specialties, the translation of proverbs has always been a hot topic in the translation field. This paper tends to analyze how to translate proverbs, esp. in the actual context with the help of Speech Act Theory. This paper finds that Speech Act Theory, esp. the Illocutionary Act can help translators understand the source text better and then turn out a better target text.
