摘要 针对新铺沥青混凝土路面面层离析现象的分类、形成机理及主要检测手段等方面进行分别阐述.详尽地从材料选择、集料配合比设计、混合料的生产运输和摊铺几个程序,分析了产生离析现象的主要原因及影响因素.同时,从材料的选用、保管、外加剂的添加、控制混合料最大粒径及集料级配等方面,阐述了改善沥青混合料离析的主要方法,并从施工角度出发,介绍了国内外关于减轻离析现象的先进的摊铺工艺和控制技术. To the new asphalt-concrete surface, the classification of layer segregation phenomenon, the formation mechanism and main examination method carries on elaborated separately. Exhaustive from the choice of material, the aggregate, the mixture ratio design, production of mixture transport and paving several procedure analyses to have the segregation phenomenon primary cause and the influencing factor. From material selection, the storage, the admixture increase, mixture control, maximum grain size and grading of aggregates elaborate the improvement bituminous mixture, the segregation main method. By the construction point of view, reduce the introduction of segregation at home and abroad about the situation of the paving process and advanced control technology.
