笔者针对近代长春伪满洲国"新京"这一独特历史时期的城市规划,追溯了欧洲巴洛克城市和近代城市规划理论对"新京"规划建设的强烈影响,分析了引入这种规划形式n的意识形态内涵.

This paper talks about the ＂Hsingking＂ city planning in the special historical period of Changchun named puppet Manchukuo in latter-day and casts back the intensity influence of the Europe Barpque city and city planning theory in latter-day on the city planning of ＂Hsingking＂, as well as analyses the ideological connotation behind this kind of city planning method.
