美国教师“合作性教学”教育实习模式浅析 被引量:5

摘要 合作性教学是实习者与合作老师共同进行课堂教学的实习模式,成功的合作性教学需要共同产生对话、共同尊重、共同责任的支持。该模式与传统的实习模式相比有其优越性:学生获得更多的文化社会资本;减少了实习者初为人师的隔离感;培养了合作精神。根据实际情况,我国可以辨证地吸收合理的成分,提高实习者的教学水平。 Collaborative teaching is the teaching model in which intemships and cooperate teachers' teaching in classroom together Successful co-teaching needs the support by co - dialogue, mutual respect, shared responsibility. The model compared to the traditional internship model has its own advantages: attaining more cultural and social capital, reducing beginning teachers' feelings of isolation; cultivating the spirit of cooperation. According to the actual situation, our country can absorb a reasonable differentiation of the components, and enhance the internships' teaching skills.
