摘要
分别对机械波和电磁波谈波速由介质决定,特别分析了介质的相对电容率ε受一些因素的影响而改变,也会间接影响电磁波的波速.
The thesis illustrates that wave velocities of mechanical wave and electromagnetic wave are decided by media, and analyzes that the media＇s relative permittivity E is changed by some elements, and it will influence the wave velocities of electromagnetic wave.
