摘要
对传统的生化需氧量(BOD)5测定方法进行改进,用电化学探头法测定样品培养前后的溶解氧浓度,并探讨了样品的保存方法、培养时间和方法、接种液的加入量等问题。实验表明,培养2+5d的BOD2+5与BOD5的结果基本相同,培养7d的BOD7测定结果比BOD2+5和BOD5高,方法的精密度和准确度均较好。
The typical method of BOD5 determination was improved, DO of the sample before and after incubation were determined by electrochemical probe method, method of sample conservation, incubation time and way as well as inoculation amount were discussed. The experiment showed that the results of BOD2+5 and BOD5 were the same basically, the result of BOD7 was higher than that of BOD2+5 and BOD5, the precision and accuracy of the method were all well.
