New Realistic Novel and Contemporary Chinese Social Cultural Psychology

20世纪80年代末,新写实小说作为一种新的文学样式出现在小说界,它以写实为主要特征,特别注重现实生活原生态的还原,真诚直面人生,从不同侧面揭示出普通市民的真实生活状态,从而透射出中国当代社会普遍存在的文化心理:求生、烦恼、尚权等。这种文化心理的形成和儒家文化、民族性格以及当代社会政治和经济背景有着密切关系。

In the late 1980s, as a new literary style, new realistic novels appeared in the fiction circle. It was characterized by realism, paid special attention to restoring the original real life, honestly faced life and explored the ordinary people＇s real living conditions from different aspects, and thus revealed Chinese contemporary social cultural psychology： survival, worry, authoritarian, etc. The formation of the cultural psychology had a close relation with Confucianism, national characters and economic and political background.
