摘要
近十多年来,信任文化尤其是组织中信任文化的研究已逐渐成为管理心理学的研究热点。通过对国内外相关研究成果的梳理,可以发现已有研究的主题涉及了组织信任的涵义、测量、特点,组织文化的概念、结构、测量,以及组织信任文化的涵义、测量等方面。依据综述可以看到,总体来说国内外关于组织信任文化的研究已经取得了许多有价值的成果,但也存在着一些不足的方面,主要表现在:组织信任的研究更多地关注了组织内部信任方面,而且相当多的研究是针对组织内部的人际信任方面;没有开发出有效的组织信任文化问卷;缺乏关于中国文化背景下组织信任文化的实证研究。
In the recent more than ten years, the trust culture, especially the organizational trust culture, has gradually become the hot issue of management psychology. The existing related research at home and abroad involves the meaning, the measuring, the characteristics of organizational trust, the concept, the structure and the measuring of organizational culture as well as the meaning and the measuring of organizational trust culture. Through an overview of the research, we can find many valuable achievements of the research on the organizational trust culture at home and abroad. However, there are some insufficient aspects about the past research, and some especial aspects are quite weak. For example, the research on the organizational trust mainly focuses on internal organizational trust, and many researches focus on the aspect of interpersonal trust; there is no effective questionnaire on the organizational trust culture; there lacks the empirical reseach on it based on the Chinese culture.
