摘要
随着300MW汽轮发电机组的增容改造,锅炉风烟系统发生了较大变化,出现了部分辅机容量裕度过大的问题。介绍了根据机组送、引风机热态试验的结果,对送风机电机进行降速降容改造的方案,并对其节能效果进行了分析。
With the gradual capacity increase modification for the 300 MW turbo-generating unit, the flue gas system of the boiler draft fan changed greatly, so the capacity problem for some of the auxiliary motors appeared. In this article, a speed reducing and capacity reducing modification scheme for the forced fan motors was introduced based on the hot-state test results for the forced and induced draft fans, and its energy-saving effects were analyzed.
