多糖是一种重要的生物活性物质,作为生物医药产品具有广阔的市场前景,如何从天然产物中高效提取纯化多糖成为人们研究方向,并分别采取了不同的提取纯化方法进行研究。对近年来多糖提取纯化研究的新进展进行了综述。

Polysaccharide is a kind of important effectine components,which has broad market prospect as a kind of biological medicine. It is a research object on how to effectively extract and purify polysaccharide from natural products, and apply different methods to extracting and purifing polysaceharide. New progress about extracting and purifing polysaccharide in recent years has been summarized in this paper.
