四川省退耕还林对粮食生产的影响

The Effect of the Defarming-and-reafforestation Project on the Grain Production in Sichuan Province

本文通过退耕还林工程建设及退耕还林政策对四川省粮食生产和供求的影响分析,阐明了退耕还林对粮食生产的积极作用。同时,分析了四川继续实施退耕还林的可能性及实施空间,提出了实施退耕还林工程和粮食生产互利共赢对策。

This paper deals with the positive action of the defarming-and-reafforestation Project on the grain production after studying the effect of implementating the Defarming-amd-reafforestation Project on the supply and demand and production of the grain in Sichuan Province. At the same time, an analysis is made of the space and possibility of continuous carrying out this Project in Sichuan Province, and some measures are proposed for realizing the mutual benefit of the Defarming-and-reafforestation Project and the grain production.
