摘要
交通拥堵的持续恶化让人们对实时准确交通信息采集需求更加强烈。3G技术能够实现语音、数据、图像和视频等多媒体信息的高速传输,浮动车交通信息采集能够提供大量准确、实时的路网交通流信息。将这两种技术结合并应用于城市交通控制管理,提出基于3G移动通信技术的浮动车交通信息采集系统方案,描述了浮动车数据采集、地图匹配和交通流估算方法。这种新的交通信息采集系统有着建设成本低、实时性强、传输速度高、数据传输量大等优点,能够对传统交通流信息采集方法进行有益的补充。仿真数据显示,系统具有较强的可行性和实用性,在城市智能交通系统(ITS)控制管理领域具有广阔应用前景。
The transportation supports the continually worsening which stops up to let the people be more intense to the realtime accurate transportation information gathering demand. The third generation digital communication technology can realize the pronunciation, data, image, video frequency and so on the multimedia information high speed transmission, fluctuates vehicle transportation information gathering to be able to provide massively accurate,the realtime road network transportation flows the information. This article unifies these two kind of technologies and applies the municipal transportation control management,proposes plants technical based on 3G the fluctuation vehicle transportation information gathering system plan, describes the fluctuation vehicle data acquisition, the map match and the transportation flows the estimate method. This kind of new transportation information gathering system has low cost construction, timeliness strong, high speed transmission, big data transmission capacity and so on the merits, can flow the information gathering method to the traditional transportation to carry on the beneficial supplement. The simulation data display, the system has the strong feasibility and the usability, has the broad application prospect in the city Intelligence Transportation System (ITS) control domain.
