摘要
分析单容液位系统、双容液位系统以及三容液位系统对多个容器串联后系统特性的影响,并对数学模型的建立和测定进行理论分析,对控制的经验方法和一种多容液位系统PID参数整定的经验公式,通过大量的实验数据进行验证。提出的参数设置规律,对工业的多容器液位控制系统设计有一定的参考价值。
Through analysing the characters of one - volume system, two - volume system, three - volume system, characters of the multi -volume which are chained together,and setting up mathematical models and measurement to discuss effect of this character to control system. As results, some experimental formula to adjust controller which control multi -volume object are proposed, and it can be applied in industrial product.
